Morlatton Village Pathways Stabilized Screenings Top Dressing Mixer Procedure 1. Thoroughly dry aggregate before mixing with stabilizer; 2. Mix dry stabilizer with dry aggregate at ratio of 15 ibs. stabilizer to ton of aggregate ,complete blending mechanically with closed paddle mixer to avoid loss of fines from both stabilizer [all fines] and aggregate; mix until stabilizer permeates all aggregate volume. Image #2 shows the mixing calculation with use of buckets of known dimensions. 3. Spread mixture to at least 3'' on solid and leveled bed covered with a woven separating geo-fabric [see section drawing] 4. Screed to level with cambered midline for drainage; 5.
