Note written in blue pen on verso reads, "BRIDGE HSE AFTER IT COLLAPSED -- SHOWING 1ST FLOOR FIREPLACE TO THE LEFT & IMPRESSION OF STAIRCASE 1969." Note: Collapse occurred in March 1967 [see March 30 Board Minutes].
