Note (in blue pen) on reverse of photo reads, ”WHITE HORSE TAVERN. NOTICE PARTITION IN 2ND FLOOR WINDOW AND 2 DOORS IN FRONT TO ACCOMADATE [sic] 2 APTS.” Details include: Coursed-and-dressed masonry, random rubble masonry over later double entry indicating position of early tavern doorway hood.
